A brokerage on one system, with market research on call.
Deals, approvals and multi-tier commissions lived in spreadsheets, and brokers prepared for client meetings by hand. Now the whole brokerage runs on one system, and brokers ask a copilot about 10,000+ units before they walk in.

Bold's brokerage ran on branch offices and spreadsheets. Every deal passed through its approvals by hand, and each commission had to cascade across a recruiter tree: the broker's share, the handler's bonus, then a bonus for every layer above. That is where the errors and the disputes lived. Brokers, meanwhile, researched the market by hand before each client meeting and often walked in without data.
The brokerage now runs on one system, built end to end by iHQ. Five roles, from broker to CEO, each see what they need. Deals move through approvals from a phone, and every commission is calculated and frozen the moment a deal closes, so there is nothing to reconcile later. On top of it, brokers ask a research copilot in plain language about 500+ projects and 10,000+ units, and send clients a data-backed comparison without opening a slide tool. Brochures tailored to each client and price forecasts are the next layer, being built on the same system.
- 01 · What we foundAssess
Mapped how the brokerage really earns: who is paid what on each deal, who approves which stage, and where the spreadsheets broke. The commission rules were the part generic software gets wrong.
- 02 · What we builtBuild
The operating system first: pipeline, approvals, commission engine and a dashboard for each of the five roles. Then the research copilot on top, reading live market data.
- 03 · Where it standsLive
The brokerage runs on it every day. The advisory layer keeps growing, with client brochures and price forecasts next on the same foundation.
